Setting up the Direct Publishing

1. Login to your DCM account(requires an administrative account)

2. Go to Admin -> User Profiles

3. Create a New User and insert the following values
Email - networks@bannerflow.com
Confirm email - networks@bannerflow.com
Profile name - bannerflow_integration
Can be anything but recommended to include bannerflow so it's easily distinguishable.
User role - The user role need full access to All campaigns

4. When the user is created, please send a notice to your BannerFlow Account Manager or to support@bannerflow.com and we'll complete the integration for you.

Publishing

1. In BannerFlow, go into the banner set where your banners are located.

2. Click on Publish or on Publish for a specific banner.

3. Choose the option "DoubleClick Campaign Manager".

4. Select the Banners you would like to get the Banner Tags for and then proceed by clicking Select x banners.

5. Set necessary settings and Select the Advertiser and Campaign from your DCM account and then click Publish.

Banner Tags

In BannerFlow

1. In BannerFlow, go into the banner set where your banners are located.

2. Click on Publish or on Publish for a specific banner.

3. Get Banner Tags unless you get to select banners right away.

4. Select the Banners you would like to get the Banner Tags for and then proceed by clicking Select x banners.

5. Find DoubleClick DCM in the list of networks. Once DoubleClick DCM is selected, you should see the Banner Tags updated with necessary parameters for DoubleClick DCM.

6. Copy the Banner tags and/or save them to a text file if preferred.

👉  Please note: There are two DCM options. The one ending with BF allow you to decide the final landing page from BannerFlow whereas the one ending with DCM let you specify the final landing page in DCM instead.

In DoubleClick DFA/DCM

1. Log in to your DFA/DCM account.

2. Go to your campaign you are going to run your banners for.

3. Now click on “New” and then choose “Custom Display”.

4. In the "New creative" panel, enter the desired creative name, set the “Dimensions” to the banner’s format size and then insert the embed code you exported/copied from BannerFlow in the “HTML Code” field.

5. Click “Save”, and you’re done.
