You can filter and alter the contents of your feeds to use only the data that is required.

Each operation consist of two pickers, one Group picker and one Field picker and selecting correct of each is usually crucial for the operation to work properly. To put their functionality into words, the Group picker should be set to which Group of items you want to iterate. In a sports feed for example, you probably want to select all events to iterate. The field picker is simply which field you wish to apply the operation on.

Sort

If your items are arranged in the wrong order, add a custom sorting. Any field can be sorted in any order.

 Operation options
Sort the selected group(s) which has a field in a:

  • Ascending order
  • Descending order

Sorted as

  • Text
  • Number
  • Date

Priority

Certain items need to be prioritized higher than others. If so, add a custom priority based on any field in your content.

 Operation options
Prioritize the selected group(s) which has a field that:

  • Contains
  • Starts with
  • Ends with
  • Equals
  • Is lesser than or equals
  • Is lesser than
  • Is greater than or equals
  • Is greater than

Alternatively, you can also have it following after a key word that you have inserted.

Filter

It’s easy to add a custom filter to your dynamic content. Want to only display products with a price equal or lower than $50? No problems!

 Operation options
Either Include or Exclude the selected group(s) which has a field that:

  • Contains
  • Starts with
  • Ends with
  • Equals
  • Is lesser than or equals
  • Is lesser than
  • Is greater than or equals
  • Is greater than

Alternatively, you can also have it following after a key word that you have inserted.

Replace text

Replacing text can sometimes be useful. Add a replacement filter and specify which text that should be replaced and insert your custom replacement.

Search through your items and select where you want the data to replaced from
Insert the word/term that you wish to be replaced and then insert the replacement word once it has been found.
